Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 20, 2026

Section 01

Our Commitment

Sentient Lattice™ is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Section 02

Conformance Status

SentientLattice.ai conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. All first-party content across the platform’s public-facing pages has been audited and remediated to meet this standard.

Certain third-party embedded content (such as payment processor overlays and analytics scripts) operates outside our direct control; limitations related to these components are noted in the Known Limitations section below.

Section 03

Measures Taken

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility of SentientLattice.ai:

  • Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy across all 45+ public templates (no heading-level skips)
  • <main id="main-content"> landmark on every page with a skip-to-content link in the global navigation
  • Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements, including modals, popovers, and collapsible panels
  • Screen reader compatibility with aria-live region announcements for dynamic content (query results, debate messages, form validation)
  • Form inputs with associated <label> elements, aria-describedby pointing to always-rendered error containers, aria-invalid toggling on validation, and HTML5 autocomplete attributes on login, registration, and contact forms
  • Focus management: focus trap inside modals and popovers, Escape-key dismissal, and focus restoration to the trigger element on close
  • aria-expanded and keyboard Enter/Space handling on collapsible sections (results phases, debate history, query chain steps)
  • Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG 2.1 AA minimums (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for large text and UI components)
  • Accessibility toolbar with font size adjustment, high contrast mode, dyslexia-friendly font, reduced motion, increased text spacing, and animation pause controls
  • Responsive design that reflows at 320px viewport width without horizontal scrolling
  • Visible focus indicators for keyboard users
  • Decorative elements (<canvas> starfields, decorative icons) marked with aria-hidden="true"
  • Content Security Policy (CSP) with nonce-based script loading
Section 04

Accessibility Toolbar

We provide a built-in accessibility toolbar (the purple circle button in the bottom-left corner of every page) with the following features:

  • Font Size: Increase or decrease text size (80% to 150%)
  • High Contrast: Increase overall page contrast
  • Dyslexia Font: Switch to a dyslexia-friendly typeface
  • Reduce Motion: Minimize animations and transitions
  • Increased Spacing: Widen line height, letter spacing, and paragraph spacing
  • Pause Animations: Stop all background animations

Your preferences are saved locally and persist across sessions.

Section 05

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, we are aware of the following limitations:

  • Some third-party embedded content (Google Tag Manager, Stripe checkout overlays) may not fully meet accessibility standards
  • PDF report exports may not be fully tagged for assistive technology
  • Real-time WebSocket-driven debate sessions use aria-live regions but rapid message flow may overwhelm some screen readers
  • Chart.js canvas charts on the analytics dashboard provide role="img" and aria-label descriptions but lack full data-table alternatives

We are actively working to address these limitations in future releases.

Section 06
